Wow, as an HIV educator and tester I am always glad to see new and culturally relevant awareness campaigns however, this shit is not appropriate.
Let’s not lose focus of the fact that HIV/AIDS are a huge problem because of the patriarchal, hetero-sexist, and puritanical way we view sex. This ad is slut shaming, sexist, and just obnoxious. How about we don’t objective women as sex objects, and stop telling people if they have multiple partners they are dirty. Instead lets focus on early education about how HIV is transmitted (like we would any disease that kills people every day), and emphasize correct and consistent condom usage as well as bi-annual testing.
